Shannon has lived in Effingham County for 27 years, where she met her husband Jake Patrick who is also a real estate agent. Prior to real estate, she worked with her husband and their business in the Construction Industry. They have four beautiful girls, three of which are triplets. Shannon is often known as the “Triplet Mom”. Shannon loves building homes, spending time with family, keeping the kids busy with sports/school activities, and much more. Shannon will go the extra mile to make sure her clients are taken care of and get the deal to the closing table.
